Dr. Mark Edwards, MBBS is an ex-British Army Lynx helicopter pilot with over 800 military hours rotary and 130 hours civilian fixed wing experience in the UK and operational theatres such as Northern Ireland and Iraq. He has served across the UK, in Kenya and Afghanistan, holds a CASA PPL(A) and is a Designated Aviation Examiner (DAME) in Brisbane.
He works across Australia and flies to remote communities to provide medical services in addition to working as a DAME.
